Jayadeep Chandran

Jayadeep Chandran has a diverse work experience in the field of CG and asset creation. Currently, they hold the position of Lead - CG at The Mill since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Artist - CG at The Mill from October 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining The Mill, Jayadeep worked at Moving Picture Company from November 2018 to October 2021. During their time there, they held the position of Senior Artist- Asset and was responsible for delivering high-quality 3D models, textures, and lookdev for cinematics. Jayadeep also collaborated with various departments and used tools like Maya, Zbrush, Mari, Substance Painter, and Arnold.

From March 2014 to November 2016, Jayadeep was a Senior Artist-Asset at Firefly Creative Studios in Hyderabad. Their role involved realistic poly modeling and sculpting of characters, creatures, props, and vehicles. Jayadeep also handled re-topology for concept sculpts.

Jayadeep Chandran earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry from Kannur University. Subsequently, they pursued a PG Diploma in Animation Film Making at CDIT in Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
