Liam Collinwood

Liam Collinwood has extensive work experience in operations and management roles in the creative industry. Liam began their career as a VFX Assistant at ENVY Post Production in 2007 and progressed to become the Head of VFX Support and eventually the VFX Studio Manager. In 2014, they worked as a Freelance Motion Graphic Designer/VFX Artist before joining The Mill as the Studio Manager for Design & Mill+. Liam then held the positions of Operations Manager - Design and Operations Manager - 3D before becoming the Joint Head of Operations. Liam's role then evolved to Group Head of Operations, Global Director of Operations, and currently, they serve as the Vice President of Operations at The Mill since 2023.
