Daniela Rus

Daniela Rus is a prominent figure in the fields of computer science and robotics, currently serving as a Director at Liquid AI, SymphonyAI, Symbotic, and Themis AI since 2023. Additionally, Daniela has held significant roles at MIT since 2003, including Director of the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL), Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS), and Deputy Dean of Research at the Schwarzman College of Computing. Prior to this, Daniela was a Professor at Dartmouth College from 1994 to 2003. Daniela Rus earned a PhD in Computer Science with a focus on Robotics from Cornell University between 1987 and 1993.
