Ellen Douglas has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Ellen started as a Legal Intern at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation in 2000. Ellen then worked as the Director of Chapter Operations at Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity from 2001 to 2003. Ellen went on to become the Assistant Director at BAR/BRI Law School Prep from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they served as a Manager at MicroMash Bar Review, a division of Thomson-West, overseeing various operations until 2008. In 2008, Ellen joined Themis Bar Review as the Vice President of Product and Administration, where they played a vital role in creating a revolutionary bar review course. Currently, Ellen holds the position of Assistant Dean of Academic Success and Bar Passage at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, starting in 2018. Additionally, they have served as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University since August 2018.
Ellen Douglas began their education at PennWest Edinboro in 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting in 1998. Ellen then went on to pursue further education at the University of Richmond School of Law from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree specializing in Law.
