Mariam Lekveishvili

Mariam Lekveishvili is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Theneo (YC W22) since June 2022, Mariam previously held the position of Operations Manager. Prior to this, Mariam worked at Clientela Inc. from May 2020 to May 2022 as a Technical Project Manager, where responsibilities included leading product launches and managing all development stages, as well as recruiting and training QA team members. Previous experience also includes the role of Product / QA Specialist, focusing on ensuring product quality and conducting tests. Additionally, Mariam contributed as a Guest Lecturer at Caucasus University from September 2021 to February 2022. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychological Anthropology from Tbilisi State University, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution, and an MSc in Management of Innovation from Goldsmiths, University of London, completed in September 2023.
