Joyce van Altena

Joyce van Altena has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in finance and human resources. Currently serving as a medewerker facturatie & HR medewerker at Theo Pouw Groep since April 2019, Joyce previously held the role of coördinator facturatie at NCOI Groep from December 2015 to April 2019, where responsibilities included process improvement. Prior to that, Joyce was a fulltime professional rugby athlete with NOC*NSF from May 2010 to November 2015, and worked in various roles in the hospitality and retail sectors, including positions at Lunchroom Felice and Douglas. Joyce completed education at ROC Hilversum from 2006 to 2009.
