Laetitia Bandini has a diverse work experience, starting from their current role as a Product Owner at Theodo. At Theodo, they are responsible for building tailored software solutions for clients, utilizing their technology expertise and promoting a startup culture. Prior to this, Laetitia founded an entrepreneurial project called Joyà, which focused on silver economy and home care services. Laetitia held the position of Founder and led the project from July 2019 to May 2020.
Before their entrepreneurial venture, Laetitia worked at Altran as a Group Digital Project Manager from February 2017 to August 2018. In this role, they managed digital projects within the company. Prior to Altran, they briefly worked at CHANEL as an Assistant Head of Digital Project in the Fashion Digital Department from March 2016 to August 2016.
Laetitia's work experience also includes a position at Apef Services, where they provided home-care services to children and the elderly from September 2015 to February 2016.
Laetitia Bandini began their education at Notre Dame des Oiseaux High School, where they obtained a Scientific Baccalaureate in 2012. In the same year, they also attended Kaplan Business School for English lessons. From 2012 to 2015, Laetitia pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Economics, Management, and Finance (BIEMF) at Università Bocconi. Continuing their education, they enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at EGADE Business School in 2017 as part of an international exchange program. Finally, Laetitia completed their Master's in Management (MiM) - Grande École Program from ESCP Business School in 2018.
