Nadege Beck

Nadege Beck has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Nadege started their career at Accenture in 1991, where they worked as a Senior Manager. During their time at Accenture, they specialized in supply chain management, customer relationship management, organizational development, and digital transformation projects in the media, energy, and distribution sectors.

After their tenure at Accenture, Nadege joined Carrefour Group in 2004, where they held various leadership roles. Nadege was responsible for the Commercial PLS for four Carrefour brands, overseeing a significant portion of the company's revenue and managing a team of 50 individuals. Nadege also led the marketing efforts for Carrefour Supermarkets, driving the rebranding from Champion to Carrefour Market and integrating the Private Label Brands across the stores. Additionally, they served as the Director of Organizational Merchandise for Carrefour Group.

Following their time at Carrefour, Nadege joined Groupe Casino as the Director of Alimentary Purchases in 2011. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's food supply chain and optimizing the assortment of their products.

Nadege then worked for Européenne de Biomasse as the Deputy General Manager from 2013 to 2018. In this role, they were a member of the strategic board and led various projects, including the creation of two industrial sites for biomass cogeneration and biocombustibles production.

From 2019 to 2022, Nadege served as the Director of Offer at TRUFFAUT, where they defined and implemented the company's offer and purchasing strategy. Nadege undertook the redesign of the Private Label Brand platform and drove growth in the B2B sector.

Currently, Nadege holds the position of VP Retail at Theodo, a role they have held since 2023.

Throughout their career, Nadege Beck has accumulated significant expertise in strategy development, market research, project management, team leadership, and change management across various industries.

Nadege Beck attended ENSEIRB-MATMECA from 1988 to 1991, where they pursued a degree in Electronics and Computers. Nadege received their degree in Engineering upon completion of their studies.
