Maria Melloni

Maria Melloni has a diverse work experience history. Maria started their career in 2006 as a Training Materials Developer at PizzaExpress. Maria then held various roles at PizzaExpress, including Regional Trainer, Training Project Manager, Training Manager, and Learning and Development Manager. In 2015, they became a Learning and Development Manager at Byron. In 2016, they joined Moorhouse Training as a Hospitality Consultant. Most recently, since 2019, they have worked at TOG (The Office Group), holding positions as Head of Learning and Development, Head of Talent, and currently, Director of Talent.

Maria Melloni's education history includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster, which they obtained between 2004 and 2005. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Geography at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1999 to 2001. Maria also studied International Relations and Affairs at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, Maria has obtained several certifications, including the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme from the University of Oxford in June 2022, the Organizational Learning and Development certification from LinkedIn in May 2021, and the Talent Management certification, also from LinkedIn, in May 2021.
