Anupama Rammohan

Anupama Rammohan has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Anupama began their career as a Front Office Executive at NIIT Limited in 1993 and worked there until 1995. Anupama then joined UB Group as a Training Executive and later moved to Primark India Private Limited as an Assistant Manager. In 2002, they joined ICICIOnesource as a Training Manager. Anupama worked as an HR Manager for a short period before becoming a Freelance Trainer in 2004. Anupama also had a significant tenure at Hewlett Packard, where they served as a Senior Manager and played a crucial role in various initiatives such as creating a manager development program and implementing a talent management program for the business unit. Anupama then joined Theorem India Private Limited as the Head of Human Resources in 2010 and later moved to Theorem as the Head of HR. Anupama'smost recent position was as the Director of HR at IMS Health, where they showcased their expertise in human resources management.

Anupama Rammohan holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from M G University, obtained between 1995 and 1997. Anupama also completed a Master's in HR from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences during the same time period. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Science from Avinashilingam University, Coimbatore, which they obtained between 1988 and 1991. In 2011, they obtained a certification as a Compensation & Benefits Manager from AHRB with Middle Earth Consultants.
