Russell Quinan began their work experience in 1992 as a Junior Account Executive at Winkler Advertising. Russell then moved on to FCB Global in 1994 as a Project Manager/Account Supervisor. In 1997, they joined SFInteractive as a Partner, Director of Account Services, and Director of New Business. Russell later became a Group Account Director at Publicis from 2002 to 2003. After that, they worked at Traction as an Executive Vice President and General Manager from 2007 to 2009. Russell then joined Universal McCann as a Senior Vice President and Client Partner, where they led the global Microsoft Xbox business. Russell later worked at EVB as a New Business Consultant in 2011 before becoming a Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Theory SF starting in 2015.
