Frank Menzler

Frank Menzler has an extensive work experience in the medical technology industry. Frank has held various executive and managerial roles throughout their career. Frank is currently the General Manager North America and Executive Vice President at THERA-Trainer - medica Medizintechnik. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Navigant Medical Partners, LLC. Frank has also served as a Mentor at German Accelerator, where they empowered German startups to scale globally. Frank has worked as the General Manager North America at Movendo Technology and Hocoma, where they led the development of robotic and sensor-based solutions for neurorehabilitation and physical therapy. In addition, they have served as the Senior Director USA at Fraunhofer Institute, President & CEO of Hepalife at Alliqua BioMedical, Inc., and Co-founder and Managing Director Europe at Impella at Abiomed. Frank started their career as a Research Engineer at RWTH Aachen University, where they were involved in the development of minimal invasive catheter blood pumps for use in cardiology and cardiac surgery.

Frank Menzler has an Executive MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with a specialization in WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management, Germany. Frank also holds a Research Fellow position from the University of Miami, where they worked in the Cardiovascular Laboratory. Additionally, Menzler has a Dipl.-Ing. (M.Sc.Eng) degree in Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
