Currently serving as CEO and President of Therabody since January 2023, Sharma has previously held similar roles at The Better Being Co., Jenny Craig, Curves, Atkins Nutritionals, Inc., Naked Juice, and EAS, spanning over two decades. Sharma's career began at Brunswick Corporation as SVP Operations - Bicycles. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, along with a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xaviers College.
