Dr. Radhakrishna Avvaru is a seasoned professional in the field of Research and Development with 15 years of extensive experience in project management, operational leadership, and chemical synthesis. Currently serving in a manufacturing outsourcing and tech pack development role at Therachem Research Medileb Pvt Ltd since January 2022, Dr. Avvaru previously held the position of Director of Operations at WDB Holdings Co., Ltd. from August 2017 to July 2022. Dr. Avvaru has demonstrated expertise in the synthesis and characterization of heterogeneous and homogeneous catalysts, contributing significantly to various pharmaceutical projects and contract research initiatives.
