Phd Candidate In AI & Medical at TheraPanacea

Alexandre Cafaro has a background in machine learning and has worked in various roles related to research and education. Alexandre started their career in 2020 as a PhD candidate in Machine Learning at TheraPanacea, where they focused on AI-driven adaptive radiation treatment delivery for head and neck cancers. Alexandre also worked as an R&D Machine Learning Engineer at TheraPanacea, conducting research on radiotherapy automation and multiple sclerosis. In 2021, they became a lecturer at ESSEC Business School, teaching a class on Python for the Master of Science in Data Science and Business Analytics. Alexandre also held lecturer positions at Gustave Roussy and CEA, starting in 2021 and 2022 respectively.

Alexandre Cafaro has a strong educational background in mathematics and computer science. Alexandre obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Applied Mathematics from the Université Paris-Saclay, where their research focus was on applied mathematics. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MSc.) degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Machine Learning from the Technical University of Munich. Alexandre also holds a Diplôme d'Ingénieur - Master of Science (MSc.) degree in Applied Mathematics and Machine Learning from Télecom Paris.

Before pursuing higher education, Alexandre completed their Grandes Ecoles Preparatory Classes in Mathematics and Physics at Collège Stanislas Paris from 2014 to 2016. Alexandre began their academic journey at Collège Stanislas Paris, where they obtained their Baccalauréat Scientifique degree in 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Alexandre has also received additional certifications. Alexandre attended the Summer School in AI conducted by Hi! PARIS Center - AI for Society in July 2022. Alexandre has also attained a score of 7.5 out of 9 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
