Anna Christner has a diverse work experience in the field of molecular genomics. Anna started their career as a Molecular Technologist at UPMC in September 2016 and worked in this role until December 2017. Anna then advanced to the position of Molecular Genomic Specialist I at UPMC in December 2017, where they independently performed clinical testing and followed established laboratory protocols. In January 2019, they were promoted to the role of Molecular Genomic Specialist II, where they continued to contribute to the testing and processing of clinical specimens. Anna's dedication and expertise led to their appointment as the Lead Molecular Genomic Specialist in September 2020 at UPMC. In this position, they had various responsibilities including investigating new techniques and instrumentation, maintaining departmental policies and procedures, supervising technical staff, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Anna recently joined TheraPanacea in June 2022 as a Junior Business Development Specialist.
Anna Christner attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General.
