Lisa Forde

Lisa Forde is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and learning within the corporate sector. Currently serving as Head of Talent Development and Head of Learning and Development at Thérapie Clinic since May 2022, Lisa previously held the position of Learning & Development Manager at Mediahuis IRL from March 2020 to May 2022. Prior roles include Learning and Development Specialist at Brown Thomas Arnotts between August 2015 and June 2019, and Education & Business Manager at Clinique, where Lisa was recognized as 'Clinique Manager of the Year 2015' for the Irish region. Earlier experience includes serving as Business Manager for Parfums Christian Dior from March 2008 to April 2010. Lisa holds a CIPD Diploma in Learning & Development from the National College of Ireland and has participated in programs at the Irish Management Institute. Education credentials also include CIBTAC & CIDESCO qualifications in Beauty Therapy from the College of Commerce Cork.
