Christopher David, CSPO, CSM

Christopher David has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Christopher currently works as a Product Owner at TherapyNotes, LLC, a position they started in February 2023. Prior to this, from November 2021 to January 2023, they held multiple roles including Search Engine Optimizer, Digital Producer, Product Owner, and Business Analyst.

From 2018 to 2021, Christopher worked at Tecuity, Inc. in several capacities, including Agile Technical Lead, Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Software Engineer. Christopher played a crucial role in facilitating communication between the scrum team and clients, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and tracking project progress. Notably, they led agile teams for important projects, such as the Montana Secretary of State SOS Enterprise and California Secretary of State SOS Enterprise projects.

Before that, they served as a Web Developer and Digital Producer at 3D Plumbing Company from April 2016 to November 2021, where they utilized their skills to enhance the company's online presence. Additionally, Christopher gained valuable experience as a Web Developer Intern and Digital Producer at TimeClick - Hawkeye Technology LLC from January 2015 to December 2017. During this time, they developed responsive designs, updated existing code, integrated feedback systems, and created various advertisement designs.

Christopher's earlier work experiences include being a Service Repair Technician at S.E. Needham Jewelers from 2014 to 2015, a SyNERGY New Account Setup & Exceptions Audit Specialist at Conservice from January 2013 to April 2014, a Forklift Operator at iFIT in 2012, and a Customer Service & Support Team Lead at Melaleuca: The Wellness Company from 2010 to 2012.

Christopher David, CSPO, CSM completed their education at Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Web Design & Development and an emphasis in Web Development. In addition to their academic background, Christopher also holds certifications in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in January 2023, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), which they received in May 2022.
