Phil Puleo MS, CCC-SLP

Phil Puleo MS, CCC-SLP has extensive work experience in the field of speech-language pathology. Phil started their career in 2001 as a Speech Pathologist at Fairfax County Public Schools, where they served as a School SLP and Child Study Team member for 2 elementary schools and a high school. During their time at Fairfax County, they also held the position of co-chair for the Fairfax County Speech Language Clinicians Association for a two-year term.

In 2002, Phil joined R & R s LLC as a Property Manager. Phil worked in this role until 2007.

From 2002 to 2007, Phil also worked as a Speech Language Pathologist at Prince William County.

In 2007, Phil joined Pediatric Therapeutic Services, Inc. as the Director of Clinical Services. Phil later served as the Executive Director from 2010 to 2017 and as the Vice President from 2017 to 2017.

Since 2002, Phil has been self-employed as a Speech Language Pathologist, providing their services independently.

Phil's most recent position is with Therapy Source, Inc., where they started in 2017 as the Eastern Regional Director. Phil then progressed to the role of National Director of Strategic Growth from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Phil holds the position of Vice President of Sales and Strategic Growth at Therapy Source, Inc.

Phil Puleo MS, CCC-SLP received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1999. Phil then went on to complete their Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the same institution from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their educational background, Phil Puleo also obtained a certification in "Leading at a Distance" from LinkedIn in June 2020.
