Jacob Erdman

Jacob Erdman has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as a Counterintelligence Agent/Human Intelligence Collector in the US Army, where they performed various intelligence and investigative tasks. In 2010, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for Dish Network. From 2011 to 2011, they were an Independent Contractor at Far Ridgeline Engagements Inc. In 2016, they became an IT Consultant at PJV Consulting, where they maintained and troubleshooted Windows Server Environments and provided support to end users. In 2017, they joined Therapy Brands as a System Administrator, responsible for managing the internal network, and later transitioned to the role of DevOps Engineer in December 2021.

Jacob Erdman has a diverse education history. Jacob earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver, where they attended from 2013 to 2015.
