Rebecca Illsley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rebecca is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Thermacell Repellents, Inc. Prior to this role, they held various positions at The Clorox Company including Director of Manufacturing, Director of Supply Chain-Vitamins Minerals Supplements, Director of Global Quality Assurance, Manager of Contract Manufacturing, Department Manager of R&D, Division Quality Manager-Specialty Business, Group Quality Manager, and Microbiology Project Manager. Rebecca also worked as a Senior Food Scientist at The Coca-Cola Company, a Food Scientist at Frito-Lay Inc. Research and Development, and a Food Microbiology Research Associate at Agri-food Canada Kentville Research Centre.
Rebecca Illsley attended Acadia University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Science. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of Minnesota from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Food Science, specializing in Food Microbiology/ Food Safety.
