Tamara Jacobi

Tamara Jacobi is an experienced professional with a strong background in adventure development and hospitality. As the Thermal Guide Community Leader and Head of Accommodation Partnerships and Adventure Development at Thermal since February 2021, Tamara has successfully developed surf adventures in 18 destinations across 15 countries, demonstrating expertise in guide and destination scouting, logistics, and partnership management. Additionally, Tamara has been an author for HarperCollins Leadership since February 2019 and co-founded Tailwind Jungle Lodge in December 2007, which provides a unique tree-house style lodging experience in Mexico. Tamara holds a degree in Environmental Economics from Middlebury College, a certification as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and has studied Sustainable Development and Environmental Economics in Australia.
