Gaia Lenz

Gaia Lenz is an experienced manufacturing leader with a strong background in plant management and operations, currently serving as Plant Manager at Therma-stor since August 2016. In this role, Gaia supervises over 175 union team members, manages union contracts, and promotes a lean work culture that enhances safety, manufacturing quality, and employee morale. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Manufacturing at Prent Corporation, where Gaia oversaw a team of four unit managers and more than 325 employees, focusing on production optimization and scrap reduction projects. At Lavelle Industries, Gaia successfully directed a three-shift operation and implemented efficiency improvements that resulted in significant operational enhancements. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
