Robert Demeola

Robert DeMeola is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the equipment and facilities maintenance industries. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager at Kusel Equipment Co. since August 2023, Robert has also held significant roles at Therma-Stor, where responsibilities included Sales Manager for the Southeast Region and Senior Sales Manager for the Southern Region since August 2020. As President of East Seminole Services, LLC., since February 2014, Robert has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic oversight. Previous experience includes managing renovations project management and sales at HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, where notable achievements included a 22% growth in new territory sales and a 19% margin growth. Robert holds an MBA in Finance from Benedictine University and a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
