Dustin Muse

Dustin Muse is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program integration, continuous improvement, and quality management. Currently serving as the Director of New Program Integration at ThermAvant® Technologies, Dustin previously held positions including Senior Production Manager and Continuous Improvement and Quality Manager at Ply Gem, where significant multi-million dollar savings were achieved through waste elimination and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Earlier roles included Process Engineer and Industrial Engineer at LMI Aerospace and Entrematic, respectively, focusing on process improvement and cost savings in high-volume production environments. Dustin holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Missouri.
