Tim Laffleur

Tim Laffleur currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Thermavant Technologies, L.L.C. since January 2023. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Senior Director of Operations at GKN Aerospace St Louis from November 2017 to January 2023, and previously worked as Director of Operations at Triumph Aerostructures - Vought Aircraft Division from May 2016 to January 2018. Tim's extensive experience includes multiple roles at GKN Aerospace between January 2009 and May 2016, where responsibilities encompassed value stream management and continuous improvement leadership. Tim's career began in the United States Air Force, where Tim managed aircraft production and maintenance from January 1986 to December 2008, working with various aircraft models. Tim Laffleur earned a degree in Aerospace Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University between 1987 and 1990.
