Santanu Paria

Santanu Paria currently works as an Engineer-Operation at Thermax Limited since August 2022. Here, the individual is responsible for preparing boiler reports, production reports, MTBF, MTTR, MTTF calculations, and efficiency monitoring in the power plant. Prior to joining Thermax Limited, Santanu worked at SHYAM METALICS AND ENERGY LIMITED as a Project Management Engineer, focusing on predictive/preventive maintenance of electrical drives and motor overhauling. Educationally, Santanu holds an MBA in Operation Management from IBMR Business School and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata.
