Tushar Mendiratta

Tushar Mendiratta has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tushar started their career as an Engineer Intern at NTPC Limited, where they gained experience in project planning and monitoring. Tushar later joined Thermax Limited as a Project Manager, working with various customers in the power and O&G sector. One of their notable projects was the supply of fully modularized boilers to a petrochemical complex in Nigeria. Tushar also served as a Sales Lead for Modularisation and an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Thermax Limited. Currently, they hold the position of Hub Head - Africa in the International Business Group of Thermax Limited, where they are responsible for developing sales strategies and expanding market share in Sub Saharan Africa. Prior to their professional career, they served as the Student Head of the Placement Cell at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, where they were responsible for conducting campus placement drives and ensuring successful placements for the 2010-2014 batch.

Tushar Mendiratta obtained a CBSE Certificate in Science from Kundan Vidya Mandir in Ludhiana from 1994 to 2010. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College in Ludhiana from 2010 to 2014. Tushar has also obtained additional certifications, including the CII - YLDP (Young Leadership Development Programme) from the Confederation of Indian Industry in April 2023 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2019.
