Abbey Walters, MBA, serves as the Human Resources Director at Thermo Fisher Scientific since July 2017, where responsibilities include translating business strategy into HR plans, leading a team of HR professionals, and enhancing employee engagement across multiple sites. Prior roles include Senior HR Manager and HR Manager with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and strategic HR initiatives. Before joining Thermo Fisher, Abbey worked at Mylan in various HR capacities, providing support for commercial leaders, managing M&A activities, and enhancing talent acquisition processes. Abbey holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Point Park University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Spanish from Washington & Jefferson College.
