Director, Talent Management for Operations Capability at Thermo Fisher Scientific

Madalina Nanuti Kincel is the current Director of Talent Management for Operations Capability at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Prior to this, they were a Senior Manager at Staples Inc from July 2019 to May 2021, where they were part of the Talent Management Center of Excellence. There, they partnered with business leaders and HRBPs to develop and implement new HR processes and initiatives that were employee-centric and would drive employee engagement and Staples sustainable growth. Some of the talent management disciplines they were in charge of were talent review and succession planning, HIPO development, critical roles assessment, career management and internal mobility, success profiles and competency models, and performance management.

Before their time at Staples Inc, Madalina was preparing for and passing their Senior Professional HR (SPHR) certification from April 2019 to August 2019.

Madalina Nanuti Kincel's professional career started in September 2011 as an HRBP & Employee Relations specialist for SNCF. Madalina then moved on to Accenture Strategy in November 2012, where they worked as a Talent & Organization Strategy Consultant until August 2017. After Accenture Strategy, Madalina became the Global Talent & Mobility Projects Manager for LVMH in September 2017, a position they held until February 2019.

Madalina Nanuti Kincel has a master's degree in HR management for multinational companies from IAE Gustave Eiffel, Université Paris XII. Madalina has also completed design thinking workshops from Strate, Ecole de Design. Madalina has a bachelor's degree in project management from Université de L'Ouest Roumanie and is certified from Hogan Assessment Systems in HOGAN certification for short reports and from Strate, Ecole de Design in Design Thinking methods.

Madalina Nanuti Kincel reports to Michael Glass, Vice President, Global Talent. They are on a team with Noel Brown - Global Head of Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Ronita Griffin - Vice President, Global Talent Attraction & Acquisition, and Julie Harvey (She/Her) - Sr. Director, Global Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
