Adonis Magali

Adonis Magali has extensive experience in quality assurance, release management, and engineering leadership. Adonis is currently serving as the VP of Engineering, Quality Assurance and Release Management at theScore since September 2021. Prior to this role, Adonis worked at Fleet Complete as the Director of Quality & Release Management, where they were responsible for global Quality Center of Excellence, process improvements, vendor management, and M&A technical due diligence. Before that, they held the position of Sr. Manager, Quality & Release Management at Fleet Complete, where they transformed the R&D organization from Waterfall to Agile product development. Adonis also worked as the Director of Quality Assurance at Joist, where they established and grew the QA and Release Management teams. Adonis further gained experience as the Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance and Release Management at Leonardo Worldwide Corporation, where they established highly motivated QA and Release Teams. Additionally, Adonis has experience with release management and QA roles at TELUS, Motorola, General Electric, and Digital Security Controls. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to implement processes, establish teams, and improve software quality.

Adonis Magali has participated in the Management Development Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Adonis also holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Adonis has studied Electronics Engineering at the RCC Institute of Technology. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as C.E.T. from the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT) and ITIL V3 from Global Knowledge.
