Csm® Shiv Patel

Shiv Patel has a solid background in quality assurance, with experience spanning multiple industries. Shiv began their career at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2014, where they served as a Quality Assurance Analyst for two years. In 2016, they transitioned to TELUS, taking on the role of Quality Assurance Analyst until the end of 2017. Shiv then joined Secret Location in 2018, continuing their work as a QA Analyst until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Shiv worked at Tangerine as a QA Analyst. Most recently, they joined theScore in 2021 as a QA Analyst.

Shiv Patel, CSM®, obtained an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Humber College, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their diploma, Shiv has also achieved the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in November 2021.
