Hal Spivack started their career as a Quality Assurance Analyst at the National Football League in 2006. Hal then moved on to become a Project Manager and Lead QA Analyst, where they oversaw the 2008 NFL Player Participation project. In 2009, they joined AOL as a Product Manager, leading the mobile initiative and launching the AOL Sports' Fantasy iPhone app. Hal also managed AOL Sports' fantasy sports software and solutions. In 2011, Spivack became the Director of Business Operations and Marketing at Fleaflicker, where they led day-to-day business development and managed the advertising budget. In 2015, they worked as a Content Analyst at Bleacher Report, integrating House of Highlights' Instagram channel and providing reports and insights to leadership. Currently, they are working at theScore as a Senior Content Analyst, responsible for content analytics and management.
Hal Spivack obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science (cum laude) from the University of Delaware from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in History Education at Columbia University from 2007 to 2008.
