Kelly Mole - Assoc. Cipd

Kelly Mole, Assoc. CIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Impact Recruitment before transitioning to roles in the hospitality sector as an Interim Operations Manager and later as a Group Operations Manager. In 2014, they pursued a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management, achieving first-class honors from the University of Northampton. Following their degree, Kelly took on a temporary position as an HR Assistant at Bedford Borough Council in 2017. Kelly then joined CIPD as the Vice Chair of the Gibraltar Branch on a voluntary basis, a role they held until 2022. During this time, they also gained experience in the field of education at Wedu Global as a Rising Star Mentor. Kelly's HR career continued to progress, with roles at Lottoland as a People Ops Coordinator, People Advisor, and People Ops Manager for ALOT Solutions. Kelly played a key role in setting up the People function within ALOT Solutions, transferring employees, and managing ongoing people operations. In 2022, they became a Talent Acquisition Manager at Eyas Gaming, overseeing recruitment strategies and candidate experiences. Most recently, in 2023, they joined theScore as an HR Manager responsible for the Gibraltar office, partnering with teams across Gibraltar, EU, and North America. Kelly Mole has shown a dedication to HR and talent acquisition, acquiring a breadth of experience in various industries and contributing as a volunteer in professional organizations.

Kelly Mole - Assoc. CIPD has a diverse education history. Kelly first attended Cullen Scholefield from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Level 7 Certificate in HRM. Kelly then pursued a diploma in AAT Level 2/3 in Accounting at Avado from 2020 to 2021. Prior to this, Kelly attended the University of Northampton from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a BA Hons Degree in Human Resource Management. Additionally, in 1995 to 1996, they attended Northampton College, Booth Lane, where they completed a GNVQ in Advanced Business and Finance.

Kelly has also obtained several additional certifications. Kelly completed the Professional Bookkeeping and Accounting 1 - Sales and Purchases course from Alison - Free Online Learning in April 2020. In February 2019, Kelly completed the Gambling and Social Gaming Awareness Education Programme at the Young Gamers and Gamblers Education Trust (YGAM). In December 2017, they obtained a Diploma in Project Management - Revised 2017 from Alison - Free Online Learning. Lastly, they obtained a BA Hons Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Northampton in June 2017.
