Rob Heard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rob started their career as a Golf Sales Associate at Sport Chek in 2011 and worked in that role until 2013. In 2012, they also served as a Sport Management Program Representative at Brock University.
In 2013, Rob worked as an Intern at the Niagara Sport Commission before joining the Mountain West Conference as a Game Day Operations - Official Spotter in 2014. Rob then transitioned to the Scarboro Golf & Country Club, where they served as a Back Shop Leader from 2014 to 2015. In this role, they provided excellent service to club members, updated databases, and led youth golf camps.
Since 2015, Rob has been working at theScore, starting as an Operations Coordinator and progressing to become a Sr. Operations Coordinator. Rob then took on the role of Customer Success Manager, Media Platform before moving on to their current position as an Associate Product Manager, starting in May 2021.
Throughout their career, Rob has gained experience in customer service, operations coordination, sport management, and product management, showcasing their adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
Rob Heard attended St. Mary Catholic Secondary School from 2006 to 2010, where they completed their high school education. Rob then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from Brock University from 2010 to 2014.
