Keeley Patterson has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the media industry. Keeley began their career as an Advertising Sales Assistant at Adweek in 2004. Keeley then joined Playboy Enterprises, Inc. as an Integrated Marketing & Creative Services Manager from 2005 to 2007. From there, they worked as an Integrated Marketing Manager at Hachette Filipacchi Media from 2007 to 2009, and as a Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing at American Media from 2009 to 2010. Keeley then joined Mode Media (formerly Glam Media) as a Senior Director of Brand Strategy & Client Solutions, where they worked from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they worked at Tumblr as the Director of Sales Strategy & Research from 2014 to 2015. Keeley then moved to Yahoo as the Director of Vertical & Ad Product Marketing from 2015 to 2016. Keeley subsequently served as the Vice President of Brand Strategy & Innovation at POPSUGAR from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they work at theSkimm in the role of SVP of Sales Strategy & Operation since 2018. Additionally, they have also been a member of the Board of Advisors at Their Campus Media since 2019.

Keeley Patterson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Media from Bucknell University from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Pre-MBA program in Statistics and Economics at Fordham Gabelli School of Business in 2009. Keeley eventually completed their education with an MBA degree in Business Marketing and Entrepreneurship from NYU Stern School of Business, graduating in 2012.
