Eelis Rousu

Eelis Rousu has extensive experience in engineering and sales, currently serving as a Key Account Manager at The Switch since May 2019, where responsibilities include promoting Permanent Magnet Machines and drive products, understanding customer needs, providing technical support, and facilitating communication between key customers and internal teams. Prior roles include Sales Engineer, focusing on sales documentation and DC distribution system planning, and Design Engineer Trainee, conducting PLC programming and type testing of high power converters. Eelis has completed a Bachelor's thesis on type testing in Battery Energy Storage applications and a Master's thesis on fuel cell characteristics. Additional experience includes assembly of high power AC drives at Danfoss Drives. Eelis Rousu is pursuing a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics with a focus on Strategic Business Development at the University of Vaasa, following a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the same institution.
