Technical Support Engineer at Theta Lake

Daniel Nelis has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Daniel began their career as a Customer Service Assistant at Foyle Golf Centre in 2014 and then moved to William Hill in 2016, where they also worked as a Customer Service Assistant. In 2019, they joined Proofpoint Digital Risk & Compliance as a Cyber Security Analyst and Social Media Analyst - Intern. Currently, they are employed as a Technical Support Engineer at Theta Lake, a position they have held since 2022.

Daniel Nelis completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Diagnostic Radiography & Imaging from Ulster University between 2014 and 2016. Daniel then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Software Engineering with Placement from Queen's University Belfast, which they completed in 2021.
