Ernestine Bethea-King

Ernestine Bethea-King, MS, currently serves as a Parole and Probation Agent I with the State of Maryland since April 2024 and as Director of Operations for Theta Tau since March 2020. Previous experience includes roles such as Family Service Specialist at the Early Learning Coalition of Broward County and Grant Service Specialist II at the Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Human Services, where significant contributions were made in staff training, client management, and community partnerships. Educationally, Ernestine holds a Master’s degree in Human Service Administration from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Social Work/Sociology from Coppin State University.
