Kim Lumsden

Kim Lumsden is a seasoned User Experience Practice Lead at Theta (NZ) since October 2018, where leadership in UX/UI practice has been prominent, particularly in a cross-agency project for the New Zealand Traveller Declaration. Prior experience includes strategic advisory roles at Inland Revenue NZ and user experience consulting at the Ministry of Justice - New Zealand. Kim has held various positions related to business analysis and digital strategy, notably as Business Analysis Manager at Z Energy NZ and Manager, Information Architect at Sapient Global Markets, focusing on user experience design for major banking clients. Earlier contributions as a Senior Business Analyst and Digital Strategist involved significant projects for multiple organizations, including ANZ and Kiwibank. Kim holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Toronto.
