Phoebe Dobson

Phoebe Dobson currently serves as the Head of Delivery at Theta (NZ), where leadership is provided to a team of over 60 project and service delivery professionals across multiple locations. Prior experience includes roles at Lotto New Zealand, where management responsibility encompassed the PMO and various project and change teams, culminating as General Manager - Projects & Change. Phoebe's tenure at Lotto involved integrating Agile principles, overseeing strategic initiatives, and ensuring project governance. Additional experience includes positions at Transport for London and Accenture, focusing on change management and project delivery. Phoebe holds a Master of Commerce with First Class Honours from the University of Canterbury and completed a General Management Programme at Mt Eliza Business School.
