Ryan Roney

Ryan Roney is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience in both corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel (Global) and Chief Compliance Officer at Thetford, North America, Ryan Roney is a key member of the Global Executive Management Team. Prior roles include Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at The Shyft Group, where strategic business and legal strategies were developed, and Executive Vice President at ITT Educational Services, overseeing multiple departments. Ryan Roney has also held significant positions at Vistage International and Powerwave Technologies, focusing on international business development and compliance frameworks, respectively. Earlier experiences include serving as General Counsel at Smiths Detection and working as a Federal Court Clerk, following an associate attorney position at White & Case. Ryan Roney holds a JD from Pepperdine Law and a BA from the University of Michigan.
