Jillian Walker

Jillian Walker is a multifaceted playwright and curator currently serving as Playwright-in-Residence at Soho Rep. since May 2020. With experience as an Associate Curator for The Bushwick Starr and a critic for TheTheatreTimes.com, Jillian has a strong background in artistic curation and criticism. Previous roles include Artist in Residence at Musical Theatre Factory and Ars Nova Theater, where innovative, inclusive work was emphasized. Jillian has also engaged in strategic planning and community engagement through positions at Columbia University, and possesses a Master’s Degree in Dramaturgy from Columbia University, building a solid foundation for future leadership in the arts.
