Jana Schiffnerova

Jana Schiffnerova has extensive work experience in human resources roles. Jana started their career as a Training and Development Manager at Stavebni sporitelna Ceské sporitelny in 2002. Jana then became an HR Director at Logos a.s. from 2004 to 2008. After that, they joined Ness Czech as the Head of Human Resources and remained in that position until 2019. During their time at Ness Czech, they also served as an HR Consultant at Elephant Orchestra a.s. From 2011 to 2019, Jana worked as the Head of Human Resources for the CEE region at Ness Digital Engineering. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at Trask solutions a.s. since February 2019.

Jana Schiffnerova holds a Master's Degree in Economics and Business Management from Prague University of Economics and Business. Jana also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Human Resources Management from UJEP, Faculty of Social and Economic Studies.
