Nataliia Yelenevych is the Co-Founder & CPO at TheWays, a company that helps people overcome their professional challenges faster and more efficiently. Nataliia is also the Creator of UA Product Managers Research, the biggest and most detailed research about IT Product Managers in Ukraine. Nataliia has experience as a Product Manager at SemanticForce, where Nataliia launched products from scratch and introduced new features. Nataliia has also worked as a Junior Product Manager & Head of R&D department at MAMA Marketing, launching multiple micro-services and leading a remote team. Nataliia has a background in project management and foreign economic activity with Master's degrees in Project management and Management of foreign economic activity.
