Katherine Shaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainable energy advice and community engagement. Since May 2012, Katherine has held various roles at The Wise Group, currently serving as the Advice Team Leader for the Home Energy Scotland advice team, where leadership focuses on continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery. Previous positions include Quality and Training Coordinator, Senior Advisor, and Personal Energy Advisor, emphasizing training, coaching, and support for advisors in delivering exceptional customer service.
