Ross Stoker

Ross Stoker is an experienced operations manager and project lead with a focus on community justice operations in England. Since January 2017, Ross has overseen various initiatives, including the Ministry of Justice Community Rehabilitation Services for St Giles Wise NE and partnerships with Thirteen Housing Group and A Way Out. Previously, Ross served as a senior substance misuse facilitator and area staff trainer at Lifeline from April 2014 to December 2017, where responsibilities included designing and delivering substance misuse programs for clients and supporting staff in custodial settings. Ross began a career in the Prison Service from April 2009 to April 2015, delivering accredited programs for both male and female clients.
