Marcelino Moreno

Marcelino Moreno currently serves as Vice President of Product Management at TheyDo - Journey Management, a role initiated in August 2024, overseeing Product & Design functions while reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder. Prior to this, Marcelino held the position of Chief Product Officer at Stream from September 2022 to August 2024, successfully navigating the company through the 2022 startup crisis and establishing a path towards profitability. Marcelino's extensive experience includes various leadership roles at Talkdesk from April 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities involved managing multiple product teams and overseeing the Talkdesk Platform. Earlier, Marcelino was the Chief Product and Technology Officer at GuestU, leading product and engineering efforts for a SaaS travel tech startup. With a foundational entrepreneurial background dating back to 2009 and a degree in Software and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, Marcelino has demonstrated expertise in product management, development, and design across multiple industries.
