Hilie Bloch

Hilie Bloch is an experienced product leader with a strong background in the technology and analytics sectors. Since December 2018, Hilie has served as the Head of Product for the Verint Cloud Platform, focusing on innovation and technological advancements within the contact center domain. Prior roles include Director of the Analytics Product Group at Verint, overseeing speech and text analytics products, and as Head of Product at Gefen Technologies, where responsibilities included managing product and UX teams for SaaS solutions in the insurance industry. Hilie's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Voyager Labs and eBay, where strategic vision and product execution were key focuses. Educational qualifications include an MA in Political Science from Tel Aviv University and a BA from Reichman University, complemented by specialized training in product management.
