Dmitry Shcherbakov

Dmitry Shcherbakov is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and support engineering. Presently serving as a Senior Dedicated Support Engineer at THG Hosting since May 2017, Dmitry has previously held various roles including L2 Dedicated Support Engineer at UK2 Group and L1/L2 UA Support Manager at 100TB. Dmitry’s career began in support roles at Parallels and Positive Software Corporation, further developing a strong foundation in technical support. Dmitry holds a master's degree in Information-operating systems from National University "Lviv Polytechnic" and is pursuing another master's degree in Management at Drohobych Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University, complementing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university.
